Customer oriented

I have a BMW 330 Ci convertible and have been disappointed by the dealerships. My three (so far) experiences with Hans Wittler have been more than expected. I wish I had known about them when I had my Mercedes. It restores my faith in the auto repair business.

Integrity

This morning I brought my X3 in without an appointment. From the description of my problem, the shop put my car up on a lift right away and discovered something wrong within minutes. Because of the safety concerns of the problem, they fixed it right away and put new parts on order. I am so impressed with the care and integrity of this shop. They have a customer for life.

Best Indy shop in the S.W.

I do not usually do reviews, but I am writing this review to share my experience. I have been searching for a good independent shop for months, and I have finally found one that meets my standards. I was tired of paying for dealer service that I felt was mediocre. I took in my Z4 for minor service today. I was so impressed with the knowledge and care they provided. A well run family owned business- rare these days. Prior to my experience I asked BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes owners who they recommended as a good Indy shop. I got mixed reviews but when people talked about Hanz they were pretty passionate, and the were right. I will now take my Mercedes and m BMW there. Nick

It worked!

I needed some work done to my car, and ofcourse grinned and bared the call to audi of albuq. No surprise there, no one answered the ph, left a message , no return ph call til 3 days later. However, the day after calling audi of albuq. i called HW and they scheduled me in right away, got the car in and returned to me by friday morning (1 day total turn around) Very Friendly, helpful customer service like a dealership SHOULD BE! I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND HW, you wont be sorry , and you wont be wasting your time. TRUST ME!
