In fact, dermatologists recommend threading for anyone on topical medications since skin is not irritated by chemicals in the process. The pain factor of threading amounts to that of tweezing but the process is much, much quicker. It's an interesting sensation as you can actually feel each hair coming out in a linear succession. Some people say they have very little pain from threading. Threading is not only used for removing eyebrow hair however!
