Horrible, HORRIBLE experience. We purchased carpeting for 4 bedrooms to be Installed. The installers smoke like freight trains and were smoking inside the van with the carpeting, and take smoke breaks every half hour, then to carry the smell Into the house each time. They opened up our carpeting on our front lawn to measure it and then walked over it while it was on the lawn. I spoke to the owner and his only response was that he called them and told them not to do that again. He offered us $100 (on a $4500 sale) To compensate for what Happened. We told him to keep his change. This business Has ZERO respect for their customers and absolutely no respect!!!

I used Remita for the first time since Ive lived in the valley...30 years, Im sorry I hadn't had them install carpet before. I am so thrilled with the carpet, the painless process from estimate to moving furniture to install to clean up...I would recommend them to all. I will soon get an estimate from them for my hardwood floors to be refinished. It was a spectacular experience!!
