      I had one of the drivers in one of your big vans about run me over then he pulled up beside me rolled down his window and started raging at me. This was Sunday may 21 as I got off I-69. Not very professional

      I've been using McConnell Plumbing, Heating, and Air for many years now. They consistently provide an accurate diagnosis and repair for my service related issues. When I moved to my new condo they recommended a warranty company who actually fixes things when they break. I recently had a repair that was necessary and not covered by my warranty. Their repair estimate was less expensive and invasive to my property, and they got the job done in the time they promised. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

      We have had McConnell make several repairs over the last few years to both our home and a rental home that we own. They have always been prompt, courteous, and have always repaired the problem. When they installed a new water heater and there was a problem with it a week later, they came back and repaired it for free. They also will do everything they can to repair what you have instead of telling you they can't fix it and pushing you to buy a new furnace or AC system like some other companies have done to us. We have always been satisfied with the work McConnell's has done for us and would highly recommend them.

      The people are nice, but their work is not guaranteed. They came out didn't fix our problem and still charged us full price. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them!
