I took my Great Pyr here to get a bath and groomed. I am sorry to say I was not happy at all. I told them if they needed to shave some matted spots its was fine but they shaved her whole body and she had razor burns in several spots and was very different when I got her home. Usually outgoing is her but now very timid and afraid and not at all her self. She acted like she could not hear well and come to find out they had not taken the cotton balls out of her ears. We will not be going back.

So I am that freaky pet owner and I get protective of my two small babies! The advice of my neighbor, I went to Canine Shear Heaven for their grooming. First of all, the ladies that greeted us were friendly and loving to both girls. One even got on the floor and talked to my shy baby. As i left them behind, i did worry! When i returned to pick them up, all i can say is wow! My girls looks so pretty and tails were wagging. They turned my dirty dogs into the princesses they really are! We will be back! I know I do not need to worry and that they love my girls as their own!

Went in just to get the $5 nail clip and ended up making an appointment. The lady talked me into a deshed for my Shepard mix. Yes he was looking alittle rough. When I returned to pick him up, he was a different dog! He looked great and felt even better. I will return if I can ever get him out of my bed.

This was my first time using a professional groomer for a pet. Overall I was happy with the results. My dog was clipped shorter then I had left instructions to do, but over all it was a very good haircut. My only complaint is my dog had a small cut on his belly from the clippers, which I understand could happen very easily. I just wish they would have pointed it out so I could care for it. I would recommend them.
