called on Saturday, dr had gone for day, was told she would give message to call Monday - no return call, called today, was told he had been given name and number - still no call back. very unprofessional

Had a dispute on a "final bill" we were never sent. Called, dr had gone for the day, were told he'd get the message. Moday came and went, called again Tuesday was told he had name and mumber to call back. - no return call. Not very professional. Would not give ANY stars if could.
