Today I went to the LabCorp that is located on Mt.Vernon Hwy in Atlanta, Ga. Usually, I don't find the need to write a review about a business unless the service was exceptional or terrible. This time, I am writing because the service I received was horrible.



In particular, the nurse and front desk person Ganene, had a horrible attitude.(She has a very short hair cut and is a black lighter skin woman). Before she drew blood from me, I asked her what each sample was for. Her response was the 5 panel test that you ordered. The tone of her voice was aggressive and rude. I told her, I knew that but wanted to know more about the steps and what each sample provided results for. After she was finished, she pulled up the arm rest, and my bag flew on the floor. It made a loud noise, and I know that she knew my bag was on the floor due to her carelessness. I proceeded to pick my bag up, and said wow you just knocked my bag on the floor. She said nothing and that's when I asked her what her name was because I was extremely aggravated and disappointed in the service I received. She responded in a very aggressive tone, saying "Ga-neen!" I hope this finds the right person or her manager because I would not recommend anyone to use services from labcorp



I would have said more to her but did not want to get into an altercation. I was more interested in getting my results and leaving as soon as possible because I thought that Ganene was taking her anger out on me.

This place is the absolute worst from a time perspective. This is the second time I've had to go for a job related drug test and both times I had to wait almost 2 hours to pee in a cup...seriously! When I find out I have to go there is literally ruins my day.
