being a former employee i think i should tell the fellow owners how there dogs are really treated. i have been debating if i should but i honestly believe it is the right thing to do. being a huge dog lover i cant have people who love there dogs as there kids think that what they see in there tour is the way things go. i got the job so excited i could finally work with the dogs well i started to notice very quickly things did not look right or fare to me. to start off i must say that if you are boarding or even daycare and you would like your dog to have a bed and a few toys maybe even a bone, he/she will not get that belonging. the staff would not want that item to be lost or damaged so they lie to the owner and tell them they got it. well they wait till that owner leaves and will tape all their belongings together and write the dogs name on them and will be put in the "cubbies". when the owner comes back to pick up there dog they will go un tape the belongings shake out a bed or blanket to make it look like it was used. and if you bring treats for your dog well at the end of the stay if there are treats left over or they completely FORGOT to give the dog treats they will throw them out to make you believe your dog got them. they will never give your dog a bone of any kind if you bring it either. most likely that will end up in the trash to. now if your dog is boarding and can have a blanket they will put un incredibly thin blanket down can only have one never two and they cut the larger blanket to smaller ones just so they have enough. or they will throw a towel down for them. another thing i can not stand is they just throw the blanket down they don't spread it out just toss it in there in a clump defiantly not comfortable for that dog if you ask me. and if they were to soil it its taken out and they do not get another one till that night. now that is about the kennels.theres much more...
