Just a note to say many thanks for taking care of fluffy & django for us while we were away. They’re very happy to be home, but we can tell they were well taken care of while we were gone – & we like their panty shaves!

Thank you so much for taking care of Theo when I was away….I appreciate the staff for doing such a great job and caring about what they do. My consolation is that I have Gwyneth to care for now…she makes it a little easier to take Theo’s passing…

I just wanted to let you know how we appreciated the time and energy you spent grooming our cat, Lilly, this past Monday morning. It was a long and not joyful process for Lilly, but she looks fantastic and I’m sure she feels lots better…and she did not even hiss at my husband when we got back home, as is customary, Seriously, thanks also for allowing us to attend and offer our two cents during the grooming process.

I would like to thank you for how wonderful you made Nigel feel when he was there. Because of your wonderful environment, his last few car rides were stress free and happy. In the past, he would always have a miserable trip, short or long, and would make it difficult for us to take him anywhere, including the Vet, only 5 minutes away. He always left your place relaxed and happy.

The staff is friendly and they are very good in handling skittish nervous felines. This is the only place I will take my cats. Sometimes it is only for a nail trim, and other times it has been for a flea bath. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this place. Especially since there aren’t any dogs there to freak them out.

I have 3 cats (all with different personalities) that have boarded with The Cats’ Inn several times. Their last stay was for 5+ months while I went through a crazy move and some health issues! The staff was great – allowing me to visit any time during open hours, sending me pictures, and telling me funny stories about my cats. One of my cats went through some mood swings, but the staff seemed very familiar with how to handle the different personalities – so I didn’t feel as though it was a huge problem. My other two cats adjusted rather quickly to their ‘home away from home’ and on some days I wondered if they really even cared that I was coming by to visit – they were having too much fun! I think the favorite hangout places for my cats were on the couch in the playroom or running around on the cat walks as that was always where I’d find them. The Inn even did transportation and took the cats to their vet appointments for me.

I have taken both of my cats here for grooming and am very happy with the care they've received. One of my cats is particularly "not very nice" and he's been treated very nicely here.

The people that work here seem to truly enjoy working with the cats - I've seen lots of snuggling and one on one attention to the boarded cats. Some are roaming freely amongst each other and taking advantage of the many cat trees and high up walking areas as well as the cat playroom, just as they would in their own homes.
