I took my 5 rescued sled dogs for grooming before the Indy Winter Classic Dog Show Feb. 5th-8th, 2015 and over twenty people asked me how my furbies placed as we were walking around. I only took my furkids to the adoption event sponsoring Northern Lights Sled Dog Rescue and I thought it was a huge compliment to Lorena's grooming skills especially since they looked better than most of the show dogs there!

I was very pleased with the treatment of my two little dogs and happy with the service. My dogs are excited about going - as soon as I pull into the driveway, they begin wagging their tails with excitement. The tail tells the tale. :-)

I was deeply disappointed in the treatment I recently received from Whitehall Animal Country Club. I arrived 20 minutes early to drop my dog off for grooming. I was greeted by the owner when I arrived. I immediately apologized to her for arriving early.



When I returned to pick my dog up, I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to show up to return my dog to me. When they finally arrived, I had to continue waiting due to the fact that he was eating in his vehicle. By the time I left, it took me 25 minutes to get my dog back and pay.



The man who took my money was very rude and charged me an additional $20 for bringing my dog early. I was never informed of this charge when I dropped him off. I should have been informed of this upon my arrival; it was the professional and courteous thing to do. He even made the comment to me that “you don’t tell Wal-Mart or K-Mart when to open.” If it wasn’t acceptable to drop my dog off that early, the owner shouldn’t have come out to greet me when I arrived.



I have been a customer there for 8 years and have referred numerous people to them. I am sad to say that I will never give them my business again, or refer anyone else to them.

Our dogs were sick and had diarrhea when we picked them up. They let our dogs outside without being leashed and they don't have fenced in enclosures. There is a busy highway in front of their kennel, our dogs could have easily run in to traffic and been hit!!!! Don't take your dogs there, they are totally incompetent.
