First off, the old lady in the office is rude to everybody. Staff, people coming in, people on the phone. EVERYBODY. We have only been a few times, but today was it. Here is our TERRIBLE experience:My 8 year old needed a filling. He was scared, as MOST people are. He was asking the man ( I wont call him a dentist ) what he will be doing and what will be going on. The man was getting upset that my son was acting nervous asking to see some of the equipment. The man was trying to hold my 8 year old down with 1 hand and my son started to LIGHTLY panic. The man preceded to say, " Take off the bib, I am just going to call somebody else to do this. It will be worse because they will put needles in your arms ( He showed with his fingers how needles would go up into my 8 year olds arms ) He said " Just GO " He kept shooing us out with his hands and shaking his head. I grabbed my son and on the way out he said to my 8 year old. " You are TOO old to be acting this way! " I said," Please stop! My son has mental issues ". ( He truly does ) So he shooed us out again and shook his head and said " Just go " I am disgusted and embarrassed how we were treated. My 8 year old was saying what a jerk he was, and now my son is TERRIFIED to go to ANY dentist because of this man. We will never be back. THANKS A LOT!
