Pricey but incredible food.

If you are expecting elegance this is not an elegant establishment. Patrons ranged from those wearing coat and tie to those wearing torn and worn shirts outside their pants or shorts and worn and dirty baseball hats. Clamor was load and one server could be heard socializing with patrons from across the room. A Cafeteria atmosphere. Our server did not know the difference between fresh and sea water fish. My steak was totally devoid of any juice and the mashed potatoes were cold and grainy. The green beans were overly salty. Attempting to get our server's attention to order desert was impossible. So we did without and left. I will not patronize this establishment again. You will notice I refrained from using the teiteratorsESS.

First time steaks were tough, had to send two back. Staff wasn't very concerned. In fact one of the owners came to the table and when told of the problem, blamed it on the server. Next time, much better, steaks were good. Overall staff needs more training for an expensive steakhouse.
