I drove by Coconut Thai Grill a few days ago and decided to check them out today. I was told they've just opened like 8 days ago or so. I didn't quite expect it, but the restaurant looked really nice. I had this stir-fried spicy noodles with chicken from their lunch specials, it was delicious! :) It came with this tiny eggroll that was soooo yummy!! Oh... love their music selection!
