These guys are not bad they seem to know their products but expensive service department. Total rating I would give four out of five stars.

This by far was the best experience that I have had in buying a new vehicle! The Johnson Hyundai dealership never pressured me in any way and were extremely accommodating when it came to viewing the inventory and answering all my questions. I have already recommended this dealership to family and friends. The entire process could not have been any easier or simpler. it was the fastest purchase I have ever been a part of from start to finish. I absolutely love my 2011 Genesis 4.6. This car has converted a BMW owner for sure!

I just had a great experience with the guys in the Service and Parts Dept. Ron and Ryan started out my experience by offering advice over the phone. When I came in there was no wait and they immediately had the needed parts to repair my car. As I was going to be traveling before the repair could be made, they covered my exposed door handle opening with painter's tape and worked with me on time frame and costs. I love my Azera and will drive out to Cary for ALL future service.

When I bought a Hyundai Elantra from Johnson Hyundai, I was very impressed with the service I recieved. Everyone I worked with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful- everything you want in a car sales person. When I first arrived to pick up my car, it was parked in the first spot for me and was beautifully cleaned and shiny and ready as promised.
