In the past, I've had other collision repair shops around Champaign do the repairs to my cars, i was never happy as I was with this repair. The work performed was never on level of service I received from Fifth. I chose Fifth through my insurance carrier and I am glad I did. My SUV needed service due to someone hitting it while parked. I also had them to repair a ricochet hole in the passenger side door. When I received my car back I was wowed. My car looked exactly how it was when I bought it. You could not tell there was ever any damage. The one thing I worried about was the color, they even matched it perfectly. Fifth did not charge me a penny over estimation and for that I am thankful since I was paying a deductible and out-of-pocket. Fifth had my SUV done on the day the said they would too. Fifth absolutely when above and beyond by cleaning my SUV I could of cried I was so happy it was beautiful again!!😭
I am a very happy customer. I will be a return customer for any collision needs. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest reliable collision service in the Champaign area. My only regret is I didn't use their services sooner on previous repairs and I did not take pictures beforehand of the damage. If I could give more than five stars I would. Now, I don't have a lot of experience with collision repair centers, but I DID get a lot of estimates on my broken side mirror before settling on this place.
I bought an aftermarket mirror, and in the process of getting estimates, discovered that many places refuse to install aftermarket parts, even if it looks the exact same as the factory part. Also, a handful of places won't just do work on 1 damaged part if there are other damaged parts. I needed my mirror painted, and then I was just going to install it myself. 5th Dimension painted my mirror and did a very good job of it.
The other places I went to to get estimates charged more money to have it painted, and these facilities weren't anywhere near as nice as 5th Dimension's place; they were actually rather cramped, dark, and ran down. This place is bright, clean, and feels comforting. I like the staff at this place, too. They are very polite and helpful, and they don't waste time.
They accept credit cards, which helps a huge majority of people, whether you're paying out-of-pocket or not.

I had this shop do some paint work for me on my Dodge Viper. All I have to say is it is beutifull workmanship. Perfect color match on red. These guy know there stuff, hands down the best. Give them 6 stars, exceded my expectations.

My dad took his truck to these guys after he drove on fresh white paint used to stripe the roads. All the white paint on his silver truck was gone and the buff on polish on it looked better that when he bought it. When he brought the truck home i was blown away.
