As far as Nissans & Infinities go Greg's is incompetent. more importantly their guarantees are worthless and they will do anything to wiggle out of honoring guarantee that they can even if it makes no sense. I travel from San Diego to Chandler often.My 1998 Camry was having electrical problems a few months back while I was in Chandler.After looking up a few auto repair shops and reading reviews, I selected Gregs Japanese Auto.It turned out to be the best decision!Not only did they get me in quickly, they even picked me up and dropped me off, AND found a problem my own mechanic and many other shops never caught.The cost is fair...the guys are THE BEST! Greg's Japanese Auto has serviced my Toyota Truck for years. When I tell them what I THINK may be wrong; Brakes, Shocks, Battery, etc., they diagnose my vehicle and call me before work is to be done. I was told my front breakes were good and my back brakes needed to be replaced with a excellent explaination why. I was also told I did not need new shocks nor a new battery. Any business this honest deserves all of my business and anyone who values honesty. I have always been treated with respect, and I PRAISE all of the employee's that work there. Having a car towed is no fun but when I reached my destination at Greg's Japanese Auto in Chandler I was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and knowledge displayed by the staff. They listened to my problem, paperwork was handled and throughly explained in detail on what work would be done. Afterwards I was offered a ride back to my home or office and of course they come pick you back up. They guarantee all work and the cost is very competitive with other companies. I highly recommend them for customer care, follow up and service.

They respect you and will discuss A thru Z what needs to be done with your auto and why it should be done. I did check with another company who wanted to do things that I could not understand. Greg's Japanese Auto did not try to pull this trick. I am sure that Men would also appreciate this! In this day and time it is very refreshing to know some companies still have a set of standards.
