D. E. Caudle is a plumber with integrity. He helped us replace our main waterline to our house last year. He quoted us and the quote was $200 too low because he had to dig a bit deeper than he planned, but he honored the price anyway. I know that doesn't sound like much on that job, but to us it was crucial at a time of deep financial stress. Thank you, Mr. Caudle!

Mr. Caudle came by to give me an estimate on my masterbath room to have it remodeled. He spent about an hour and a half talking with me about the reconfiguration process. Also, he assured me that I could check his work history and ethical practices via the BBB. He was very detailed about pricing of the job, including a cost estimate of materials. He explained that sometimes during the tear out phase there may be some water damage that could be hidden behind walls or floors. He also told me if that occured we would stop at that phase of the job and talk about options prior to completion. I found Mr. Caudle to be honest so I signed a contract to do the job. Not only am I completely satisfied with my new bathroom, I am thoroughly impressed by how smoothly the process went and how the employees went the extra mile to ensure that my home was not messed up during construction. I would recommend D E Caudle Plumbing, Inc. to anyone who wants a job well done. In fact, I am considering doing my hall bath in the near future!
