Under no circumstances should you have your car repaired here. On January 30th, 2011 I call them at 8am to inquire about brake work. I ask if there would be a long wait they said not at all and I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am. 5 hours later they call me and said I needed new brakes and rotors in the front and back for a total of roughly $650. When I balked at the price they offered their Firestone credit card which would take $50 dollars off the bill. At any rate, I didn't go for the repair of the credit card and picked my vehicle up. The next day I got my brakes fixed and guess what all 4 rotors were as smooth as baby's skin. I ended up just paying $180 for front and rear brakes. Avoid chain repair places if at all possible!
