      That star is a -1 Star!!! This is the WORST place in the world to store your posessions. We stored my daughters life here during her first Summer break from Loyola...We put everything in storage in May and by early June there were already 2 floods. All and I mean EVERY thing she had was ruined by the floods. Insurance will take forever to pay and the attitude of the employees is OH WELL call insurance. If you are smart, you will take your business elsewhere and not go to ANY of the Metro Storage facilities. What a terrible experience. We live in California and can't get to the unit..they could have been much more helpful. We may seek further damages due to the lack of professionalism of this company. We are consulting with our attorney's and thus far it doesn't look good for them.
