I called at 7:49pm.. about 10 minutes ago... looking for joytech brand ecigs. I've never been to this place, but the ads are posting off of the keyword joytech, and ecig. So I called. Here's the transcript



UIS: Up in smoke.

Tim: Hello do you sell Joytech ecigs?

UIS: No we do not.

Tim: Do you sell any other kind of ecig?

UIS: *Hang up



I call back



UIS: Up in smoke.

Tim: Hey I was gonna tell you y'all should switch your yellow page listing keywords, but you hung up on me.

UIS: I had a customer that's why I hung up on you.

Tim: Oh, that's a good reason.

UIS: Thank you

Tim: *I hung up.



If i wasn't in need of some nicotine at the moment, I may not have posted this. I didn't get the guy's name, but whoever he is he needs a lesson in customer service. I don't care what they sell I won't go buy from them. Even after I get a new vaporizor. Also Joytech ecigs are great. Wish I hadn't broke mine and called this place. Haven't smoked in 11 weeks.

EDIT: so this place sells cigars. and accessories. pardon me for thinking the place sounded like a head shop. I've been to plenty of places that sell tobacco AND ecigs anyway..

Great selection of cigars, and constantly bringing in new stock. I buy cigars and pipes from these guys on a regular basis. The staff is friendly, atmosphere is top notch. They have 'events' where cigar reps will come in and give deals on their products. I am a big fan.
