      Do not use

      I do not recommend this service at all. We took one of their limos to midway last week. It was beat up with no power, meaning no air conditioning or lights and had wires hanging off of the car on the outside. It was raining and rain was leaking on us through the radio on the roof of the car. We were assured we would have a different vehicle for our return trip. When I called today, I was informed that all their big vehicles were already tied up and they couldn't promise us that they would be on time to pick us up, even though this was booked almost 2 weeks ago. I promptly cancelled our trip with them. DO NOT USE.

      Definitely recommend Best American Limo for it's excellent service;

      they pick us up at the scheduled time and take us to our destination with efficiency and a friendly manner - in the sometimes chaotic traffic that is Chicago!
