If I can give this place no stars I would!!!! Horrible people, service , and false advertisement! My nails fell off less than a week and the place is really dirty... And the girls are just in their I pads never again will I go !

Absolutely the ugliest nails I have ever had. Charged me an additional $10 to remove better yet rip off my nails. Wouldn't even bother to soak them off. Don't waste your time or money. Avoid table 2 Worst Ever!!!

I am new to McAllen/Edinburg area and I have tried to other places before I tried 5 star. The other two places either were not as friendly or did not do a very good job on my nails, or just wasn't very comfortable. When I came here they were very friendly & I did not have to wait at all and my new set and my pedicure and wax were all done very well. I have definitely found my new nail salon! ����

I've been to other nail salons and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I first started coming here when I brought my dad to get a pedicure. He wasn't able to reach his toes so they were awful but the employees always made him feel comfortable. Everyone is friendly and provides quality service. Great atmosphere, nice employees, and wonderful service!

Wonderful place, I love the atmosphere here. Very relaxing. Everytime I come, I never want to leave. This is the best nail salon in the Valley! Ask for Jon!

horrible customer service. first time there. Never again. All workers with the exception of jenny seemed like wild animals who hadn't eaten in days. Went with friend and we were rushed to get the service. pedicure lasted a miserable 15 mins. because they were going on the prowl to get others in. Dumb lady even painted my toe nails and in less than a minute put my sandles on.Guess what happened? The dummy had to go back and fix the problem. didn;t even get a foot massage. She was in a RUSH TO CAPTURE THE NEW CUSTOMER THAT CAME IN. Sure enough they wanted full payment and advised us to request other workers next time. Very Anti-Social atmosphere.

This coming July will be my 4th year at this salon. I have gone to a few different places but this place is the best I've been too. They always do a great job on my service is always satisfied when I walk out. The technicians are very POLITE and know what they're doing and is always resurring. To the comment previously, I do not think it was right for you to just take an eldery person there and leave them entirely to the techs and worry about your own self.

Do not go here, I took my grandfather for a pedicure, he's 90 year old that is in pretty good shape but can't bend to remove shoes/socks, I decided to get my nails filled while I was there, the girl that was doing his pedicure came and got me out of the chair while my nails were being worked on to go take off his shoes and socks, worst customer service, the regular place I go to would NEVER have done that the tech would have removed his shoes and socks for him, she then was simply rude and cold, she even cut him which fine it happened but no sorry does it hurt nothing! The window also claims $20 for the "spa pedicure" she charged him $25, obviously she just had an issue with having to work on an elderly man, would have respected her more had she just refused to do it, this is her job! and like I said I normally go elsewhere just happened to be at walmart and for convenience decided to give them a try, but at my regular place NEVER anything like that happen, she need to be taught customer service skills! VERY disappointed in that place VERY!

Great Service and high quality products! Worth every penny. Mani's and Pedi's that last!
