Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The staff were most helpful and professinal.
I had disccussed with Alex about going to Rudolph Chevrolet merely for the fact that they are closer to my home. But becuase I own a Buick, I wasn`t sure if they could warranty service my vehicle. He informed me that they can. I had also joked with Alex about going to Rudolph Chevrolet becuase they always wash my cars. Alex went above and beyond. My vehicle was washed, dried, and even vacuumed. I have been going to Shamaley since 2001 when I purchased my first vehicle. Alex is the only remaining service member face that I know and he has always been very courteous and helpful.

Im at a loss for words with the great service I received, Barbara Armendariz and her staff EXCEPTIONAL!!!Jennifer Cedillo was a great guide in decision making!!My Sales Man George Olmos was so helpful and detailed.the entire process was worry free FAST and Efficient!
