A wonderful end to a bad day. - shelly1982881 - Oct 15, 2008I was involved in an accident the other day, I was pretty shaken up and the police asked me if I thought I needed a tow truck. Well I wasn't sure but it looked like the front of my car was pretty bad. I had no one to call to have them come look. I told the officer I wouldnt feel safe driving it home so yes. I read some things in the newspaper about the towing companies in Everett over charging so I was a little worried. All to my dismay, The man who came to help me, Mike was clean, friendly, proffesional, and did his job very well. He delivered my vehicle to the shop and then took me home. 5 miles from his shop the other direction, NO CHARGE. This whole process was hassle free. I cant believe that people would think these charges were too much. I have comp and collision so my insurance paid all charges. These guys have thankless jobs. I just wanted to do my part to say AMERICAN TOWING is the GREATEST.

Great Towing Company - Ken - Jan 23, 2009I just want to say thank you to Mike from American Towing. By far the best experience that I have had with a towing company. Got to me within 15 minutes and had me to the mechanic in record time. This was at 9:00 at night. On top of all of that he charged me much less than other towing companies.

Very professional and friendly - Dylan - Jan 27, 2009I had them tow my car to the mechanic. I was first impressed with the equipment. They must have the latest stuff. He was able to back-up to the car and pick it up without ever getting out of the cab. I also appreciated all the back-up safety chains and harnesses he had to secure the vehicle. The driver offered to drop my key off in the mechanic's key drop too saving me a trip. After he dropped off the car he called me to let me know that it was all done. I was really impressed overall.
