My Vizio 42" had a little age on it for a flat screen TV, and was handed down to me from my aunty, however it has a nice style so I would like to get it repaired. I took it to the repair shop a Certified TV repair ( Fulton County Appliance is the same ) to have it diagnosed. I was contacted a few days later informing me that the set was not repairable Mr. Radden the shop owner suggested that due to the high cost of replacement parts and age for this model Vizio replacement would be cheaper than repair. Unfortunately I can't comment on their service ability at this time, however customer's consideration, professionalism, and promptness get a BIG thumbs up.
My experience was great! I was notified by text that the serviceman was on his way to my home. He was prompt, thorough and courteous.
The serviceman was very professional, knew exactly what to do to repair our whirlpool dryer problem, completed the work in an orderly and timely manner and kelp repair area clean. I would use Fulton Appliance's service again for sure, and the price was right to.
