I was wondering why my clothes seemed different as if they got smaller yet I've never gained any weight so I had a friend to go apply for a job there and she got hired and she reported back to me that the owner is not properly doing the clothes she has her workers to wash our clothes and dry them in the dryer in the laundromat next door...my friend also said that she's not even using the dry clean machine that is for dry clean only garments ...she said probably because she is too cheap to buy the chemicals for the dry cleaning machine she also said the cleaners is very dirty, the break room has a big hole in the ceiling and the bathroom is never clean lasts of all she said the owner talks about every employee behind their backs to fellow coworkers the owner seems to be getting rich off of our lack of knowledge she needs to be shutdown ashamed of herself for stealing our money

This is a great place. Ive grown up seeing my parents take their clothes to this dry cleaners and today my wife and I take ours there. We've never had an issue with them that was wasnt resolved. Reading the above comment, its important to know that any business is bound to mess up somewhere down the line, but these people have promptly resolved our issues and made us happy. As far as employees, we have encountered some rude employees but they did not last long. They do have a great staff that have been there for a long time, the ones that were rude, were never seen again.



The only reason I have them a 4/5 is because, I feel that it is time for some renovations but Ive also heard through employees that its a work in progress. I wouldn't take any negative comments too seriously only because some customers/employees who are unhappy with the establishment will exaggerate, I know this from personal experience. You should try it for yourself.



I would definitely recommend this place, they do a great job and for a great price.

Was referred here by many of my collegues. At first, I was skeptical, but I really do like their work. Read other reviews and all I can say is, no one is perfect. And I've had my share of unprofessional/rude employees. We can not blame the management for that. As far the dry cleaning, I will say they have done a superb job over and over again. I will continue to refer people and go there myself. I'm pleased with the quality of work.

Agreed unprofessional. Took a comforter in to be dry cleaned. When I got 1st time it was wrinkled and drawn up. Took back and they said I guess it should be pressed! Seriously,,,why did they not do it right away. Got back and put it On bed and I was shocked. It shrunk, not a little, a lot . A foot in length and 15 " in width. Took back and they said waited to long, they would not do anything Would press but since they already did at no cost, fix their mess, it would cost me to have done. Comforter ruined, people we rude and could not care what they ruined. ?.? Would be a different story if I ruined their items.
