Not only did the women speak Russian in front of you so you can't understand them, but they are also very unfriendly. I spent a fortune on a dress and decided to get it altered there. It was over $100 to get it altered. I bought my dress in January and it was not ready unti the middle of aril. I was very concerned with it having to be realtered so I called multiple times and no one could tell me how long just that other people needed their dresses sooner than I did so mine may be a while. After I finally got it back it came back completely wrinkled when it was nit before. When we asked if they could steam it out they said we had to pay $25 after paying a fortune for alterations!! I have never been so disappointed in an experience or the workers not caring!

I got both my junior prom dress and senior prom dress at VIP Fashion and I couldn’t recommend a better store. Before finding out at VIP through mutual friends, I tried a few prom dress stores in the mall and also some big corp. dress stores and had no luck. Some locations would only let you try three dresses and that was it and the others provided barely any customer assistance and it was just so hard to find a dress that caught my eye. At VIP, I was instantly greeted by a very sweet girl and she helped me through the whole process of finding my dress after asking me some questions about what I had in mind. In fact, the dress I ended up buying was nothing like what I had in mind, but the girls all had input on what styles would look good on me and they were so right! In addition to the sales girls, the manager was so nice, she gave me this great deal on the dress to get a free accessory to match. This prom season, I really recommend going to VIP Fashion, they will help you find the dress you really love.

If you are looking for good customer service and shopping for wedding or formal attire do not visit VIP Fashions at the Willow Grove Mall. We just went in to scope out wedding dresses. The Store Manager Anna comes walking in and right in front of me. I turn to the Store Managerl and asked her if they sell plus sized gowns. She proceeds to look in my face and ignore us, walk away from me and storm off the sales floor and not answer our questions. I called out to her asking for help and she and the security gaurd ignored us as well. I proceed to seek out a sales girl in the back of the store to complain about her rude behavior. The girl in the back proceeds to tell me that Anna doesn't speak English. Then the first girl comes out on the floor and says hello seconds after I was told by her co worker that she didn't speak English. Then when we catch the manager in lie rather than apologizing for the bad experience and offering help she was rude and dismissive and acting like it was ok. I can not support a business that blatantly discriminates based on the size of the customer. I won't be back.

Bought a dress for a wedding my daughter was in pretty dress very expensive, poor quality of work and fabric on dress. The dress broke easily without my daughter playing rough and beads on dress where hanging off after a few hours of wear. Will not buy from that store again.

The manager never returned my call to fix the error her seamstress made on my wedding dress. Both are very unprofessional. Anna the manager didn't want to offer a refund. I took my dress elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

She has beautiful dresses and is very nice to work with. She will work with you to bring your dream to life. I am a bride who can't spend thousands on my dream dress but she if making an affordable alternative for me and is letting me make payments. Not sure about this other bride's comments but i am having a great experience. The best way to know if to check it out for yourself. I'm glad that i stumbled upon them on my way to David's Bridal. And just for the record I'm African American and i was treated just fine.

On the door to the store it says that they are open Mon-Sat 11:00 am - 8:00 pm and Sun 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, But when you call they say they close at 7:00 pm Mon-Sat... So what is it then... They can't make up their mind with the time... When you go to the store they tell you that they customize your dress and they take you measurements.. So why is it that the customize dress comes in NOT customized... IT HAS A TAG ON IT FROM A WAREHOUSE AND THE MEASUREMENTS ARE NOT EVEN DONE SO THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR THE MEASUREMENTS THAT THEY DIDN'T DO... HALF THE TIME YOU GO INTO THE STORE NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH AND THEY WAVE THEIR HANDS IN YOUR FACE... I GUESS IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE TREATED THE RIGHT WAY YOU HAVE TO BE THE SAME NATIONALITY AS THEM....
