I am so thankful that I found Pooch Palace! With my little dachshund Zoe being so afraid of nail trims and basically everything else they are lifesavers. They treat her with so much love and patience, like she was their own. It eases my mind to know she's in such loving hands. She was a rescue with many issues, it takes alot of patience with these little dogs who have been abused. I highly reccommend them! Thank you Pooch Palace!

I have known John and Nancy prior to my bringing Kashi in for grooming. My former groomer raised her price to $ 65 and John said their price was the same. The former groomer did not know how to groom an Australian Shepherd correctly and just shaved her down to a very short length. Their groomers know exactly how Aussies should be groomed and have had no problems since bringing Kashi in to Poor Palace. The groomer always asked me how I want Kashi groomed and I tell her same as last time. Even though there has been a change in groomers, every groomer they have knows how to groom an Aussie and Kashi looks so beautiful after every grooming. Mickey

Our boys love the Pooch Palace! We have two miniature Schnauzers who feel right at home at the Pooch Palace. Nanny Nancy pampers our puppies while they are visiting. Our boys get a chance to socialize with other dogs in a home-like environment. When we announce that they are going to Nanny Nancy's, they get excited doing their "happy feet" dance. When they come home from the Pooch Palace it is typically a pretty quite night as they are worn out from all of the play and attention. When we go on trips and we have to leave our boys, we know that they are not just put in a kennel and locked up like many other places. They are getting attention and quality playtime while staying at the Pooch Palace. Our boys are part of our family and we trust no one else with their care. We whole heartily recommend the Pooch Palace and Nanny Nancy to anyone considering either day care or boarding their canine companions.

Thank you again for taking such very good care of Casper. He is so calm and has learned some manners. It appears being around you and his little friends he has learned to be less demanding. I have taken Maggie ( a Westie) to Pooch Palace twice for a full groom and both times I was quoted $34.00 minus a $10.00 coupon. Both times the price was $10.00 more than the quote which basically eliminated the discount of the coupon. There is always a explanation that the person who gave me the quote was the cleanng lady or another employee that doesn't know the prices. Yet the price quoted was also listed in the appointment book. We own a business as well and stand by our quotes and our employees quotes. The owner told me today that realistically someone should have called me to tell me there was a miss quote, yet I never recieved a call informing me before my appt. And when I arrived at my appointment the owner took my coupon with the original quote and never said a word until I picked up my dog, even though the grooming salon called me twice before starting the hair cut to ask how short I wanted the dogs hair cut.

We left our dog at Pooch Palace for an overnight stay. When we picked him up I was shocked.They got him from somewhere in the back; though the other dogs were unconfined. My dog howled when he saw us as if he was relieved and distressed, I had never seen this from him before. Later we noticed he was soaked in urine as though he had been lying in it. When he got home he drank water as though he had not had a drink in days. We also noticed that he ate as if he was starved. We were also shocked when we heard him bark. He must have barked so much that his little voice became horse. On top of this, I was charged for two days when I dropped him off at Noon and picked him up at 3:00 pm next day. I was not advised of this but the money was not my concern, the condition of my dog was. I went back to confront them the next day, of course all was denied. It took days for him to recover and I am still broken hearted this happen to our pet. Needless to say I do not recommend this establishment.

We Love to take trips and when we do we have found a royal gem in Ferndale where we can leave our Buddy!! We have left him off and on now for several years and we can trust that he is in good hands with the owners of Pooch Palace John and Nancy!! He has so much fun with them and the other dogs that usually he doesn't want to come home and when he does he usually sleeps and sleeps and sleeps from all the playing he has done.Glenn and Nelda Whatcom County / Bellingham Wa
