I am an older single lady and don't know much about car problems. O'Riely's have been so helpful and made sure I had what was needed for my car issues. They have gone over and above good service.

Said they had the item in stock. When I arrived, they said they cannot find it. Later I find out that the product they were going to give me cost them $1 more. Sent me to completely another store to pick up their product just so they can save a buck.

I had other experiences where they did do a good job at serving the customer, just not this time.
