This is a PERFECT place to shop for teens and young adults, there are so many cute styles and a wide selection to choose from. The customer service is great, the employees are super nice, and very helpful!!

The employees are VERY rude. Made snide comment about my sister in law. They don't buy much of anything at all, and if they actually do buy something, they give you pennies vs what they resell it for. Not a happy customer, never going back to the one in Fort Smith.

This platos closet doesnt buy much from people. I could bring brand new clothes in there. Still with tags and they wouldnt buy it.. But they buy jeans with holes in the wrong areas and shirts.with stains. Not.cool. And the store is cramped and cluttered. But the people are friendly.
