When you walk through the door at River Valley Smile Center you become a part of our family. Drs. Brad Becker and Charlie Liggett treat each patient as if they were part of their immediate family. They take special interest in treating fearful and nervous patients who may have avoided attention to their oral health due to past experiences with dental treatment.

A great family office. My hygienist Danielle, does a wonderful job taking care of me! Dr. Charlie and Dr. Cole really know their stuff. I look really forward to my appointments.
The doctors, and all who works here are very friendly, understanding, and helpful. If you need a dentist this is the office to go to. The front desk personal are very professional.
All are good with children. I would give this office a 10. Recommended it to all.

I used River Valley Smile Center for around 10 years or more. Starting around the age of 12 or 13 until I turned 23. I referred several people to them and recommended them to several others. This use to be my absolute favorite dentist office. After expanding and making the switch to their new location though, they got wack billing practices and started purposely going over what your insurance covered even after telling you that they wouldn't then sending you a large bill in the mail. They first did it to my husband and I figured he just didn't explain it clearly to them that he didn't want to go over what his insurance alloted even though he swears he did several times. Then they did the same thing to me and I know we discussed it, no doubt. I was so upset then thinking it was a mistake I called and they refused to help me or go over anything. I am beyond dissapointed and dissatisfied with the service and treatment I got from their office, especially after being a loyal customer for 10 years or more. I would not use them again even if it was a last resort!!!!!
By far the best dental office in town!
River Valley Smile Center is the best dental office in the Fort Smith area. They have a friendly and experienced staff that make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I would recommend the office to everyone.
Dr. Liggett is awesome. Highly recommend anyone with a fear of the dentist to give him a try. He is very kind and caring.

Dr. Becker and Dr. Liggett are at the top of their profession and it shows. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the friendly staff up front. Whether I am attending my regularly scheduled Hygiene appointment or visiting the doctors I know that I am in good hands. Their knowledge and use of state of the art equipment and painless procedures keep me coming back.
My family has been patients of Dr. Liggetts for over 5 years. He has provided great care. I wouldn't trust just anyone with my children. They love to go see Dr. Charlie!
Dr. Liggett is an excellent dentist. I had been to a couple of dentists in the past who were horrible. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and I decided to go to River Valley smile Center. I didn't like smiling because I was embarrassed and self conscious of my teeth. In a short time, Dr. Liggett fixed my teeth and they look great! I couldn't be happier. No more pain and I'm smiling more. People at work notice I'm smiling more. Dr. Liggett is sincere and treated me with genuine care.
Dr. Liggett has been my dentist for years and has always been also the most gentle dentist. He comes to work with a smile and genuinely loves what he does and it shows. His office staff reflects good leadership and are willing to do anything possible to work around the patients schedule. Dr. Liggett will always find the best possible solution for his patients no matter what. I promise that contrary to popular beliefs of "going to the dentist" it is always a pleasure at River Valley Smile Center.
Dr. Liggett and Dr. Becker have always been fantastic. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I have had several emergent situations and they were always willing to get me in quick. Not real sure what the other reviewer meant about having to wait 25 minutes (go to the dentist much?). First time you go to any Dr's office, they have to call insurance and pre-certify you. This is to stop you from having to pay HUGE bills. Regardless, dont let Laura Walker deter you from this place. I cant recommend them enough. Keep up the great work guys!
As a new patient, with an 8:00 AM appointment., I thought I'd get right in. I did all of the new patient paperwork online prior to my appointment. When I checked in, the receptionist didn't know I had done online paperwork and tried to get me to complete it again. I then had to return 3x to her desk for "one more thing." 25 minutes later, I finally get taken back to an exam room. Tardiness should not be considered acceptable practice in the medical profession when it's not in pretty much any other field.
First off let me introduce myself, I am a teenager who does not like Dentists. The slightest thought of going to a Dentist makes me cringe. However, my experience at River Valley Smile Center completely changed my opinion. Last month when I first ventured in to River Valley Smile Center I was told much to my dismay that I had several cavities that needed to be worked on. When I visited the next time to get my mouth worked on I was prepaired for the worst. However, the experience was completely painless. I was greeted and quickly seated to get my cavities worked on. I didn't feel one bit of pain as they worked on my mouth. That was the first time that I had ever had my mouth worked on and never felt ANY pain. So to cut it short I strongly reccomend River Valley Smile Center :)
Our family has been going to Dr. Becker for several years now and we absolutely love him. He is a very caring person and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and we always receive great dental work . We would definitely recommend Dr Becker and his wonderful staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Becker's since he opened his practice in Ft, Smith. He & his staff have accommodated my hectic schedule, my routine cleanings, & my emergencies (broken upper partial!). His & his staff's professionalism resulted in my wife's business and that of several friends.
His technology is state of the art; he makes crowns while you wait.

my dentist so i thought until i needed them and was promptly turned away. i had an abcessed tooth a swolen face and they couldnt give me 20min of their time to atleast xray and prescribe antibiotics. i have a new dentist.
