I rate this extremely low, they cannot get the order right - they do light starch rather than the requested heavy starch, cannot have clothes ready for pick up causing one to come back next day. They close whenever they want not the hours on the door or on this YP site.
I am going back to do my own because of this frustration, Valet has forgotten the first thing in Customer Service is the Customer.

If they ruin your clothes, they will NOT make it right. The owner just claimed that he didn't do it. They ruined a $350 dress!

Great customer service! I think they put out the best shirt in town

First off, the customer service is excellent, which is the first thing I look for in any small business. Prices are fair for the quality you get. The laundry shirts are the best pressed i've ever had and I have been using a dry cleaners for many, many years. I believe they are under new management, because things are getting better in every way. The whole store is well organized, and it makes me feel comfortable when I leave my cleaning there. Overall, after trying 3 other dry cleaners in the area, this is the one where i'll stay.
