Established in 1906, JPS Health Network is a health care center that provides a variety of inpatient and outpatient services for individuals of all ages. It is a 450 plus-bed acute care facility that provides behavioral health and psychiatric care solutions. The center provides treatment solutions for patients with chest pain, diabetes, heart problems, mental illnesses, cancer and dental disorders. It specializes in the areas of robotic surgery, orthopedics, cardiology and sports medicine. The center offers radiology, chemotherapy, diagnosis, physical examination, medication, psychological evaluation, clinical research, prescription refilling, crisis intervention, pain management and consulting services. JPS Health Network operates several medical facilities, including John Peter Smith Hospital and JPS Diagnostic & Surgery Hospital of Arlington.
