One of the last real treasures in the Tower District. Brass Unicorn has a friendly staff (very knowledgeable as well) and a great selection of books, incense, statues, jewelry and assorted other curios. I try and visit at least once per month and usually leave with a new treasure in my hands.

Lots of beautiful Jewelery and crystal selection. A lot of divination supplies and very good books.

Depends on what you're looking for - it smells wonderful inside but the incense never smells like it does in the shop because of all the smells mixing together - but they have some interesting stuff - wish their clothing selection was larger.

I just went to this store a few days ago. I needed some incense my my home. There shop is very nice it has a lot of different items to offer. But I was very disapointed when I lite up the incense to find out that the incence smelled like burning wood instead of the smell I wanted . So burn one before you buy is a good rule.................

The Brass Unicorn is the greatest store in the Tower District. I've been a customer for 20 years and I love the clothes, incense, oils, candles and information that the friendly staff is always willing to help me with. They have Art Hops, workshops, classes and psychic readings. Always something fun happening at the Unicorn. I know that I can always find peace and a good vibe in this store. The girls who work there are super friendly and helpful.
