They have a punch card where u can buy 10 get 1 free...I left my house without my punch card jst now, so I got a new one today when I walked in & I paid for my to go which was $15.00, they refused to punch it saying it was for dine in only...but I had been there 4 other times and got to-go's and they stamped my card no problem...today when I questioned why they did not punch card they said is was for dine in only, even though they have punched my card every other time before when I went in for a to-go...I then got angry and asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager wont be in till tomorrow. They then said they would have gladly stamped my card but because I got so angry with them, they would not stamp it. REALLY?

Greasy, bland food with HAIR in it!! Never going back.

Selection and food was good. Took friend and they were very pleased

Disappointed. The hype this place received and the experience we had there don't match. The food was colorless and bland - with a few exceptions that were so salty/spicy as to be almost completely inedible. The quality definitely did not match the price and we were very disappointed in the entire experience. Having had some really GOOD "buffet" experiences before living in this area, this one was a harsh wake-up call. Even the pictures on the wall were crooked - not that that should have any effect on the food, but when people take pride in where they work, they pay attention to details like that.

Foods pretty good. Mongolian grill is great.
