I have tried every Bodacious in Longview and the surrounding areas, this is the BEST one. The customer service is amazing, the owner is super nice, they are clean and the meat is always fresh.

The customer service was HORRIBLE!! I asked (specified) short end ribs.. When I saw that I had large ribs I asked the manager who became belligerent and irate... Refused to give me my money back and proceeded to throw me out of the store! I demanded my money or for my order to be corrected he refused and called the police! I'm still in shock!!! Will NEVER go there EVER again!!! Kids in charge wanting to "show out " in front of a crowdedc store!! DESPICABLE!
