My husband and I have been patients at this dental office for years and have had wonderful care. The dentists are kind and caring. I have recommended this dental group to many of my family members and friends.

This is the dentist my family is assigned to they traumatized my 2 children into being terrified of the dentist. They were excited when they went in the dentist who obviously didn't have any kids had no way to relate to my scared children. They were supposed to send a refusal to my insurance for my kids. I waited the month they told me to wait. Called my insurance lo and behold they never sent a referral. I called them they claimed they were busy and would call me back and they never did. My kids still haven't been seen.called today to make them appointments and they never called back why am I surprised. Horrible dentist.

They do horrible work.

The office manager along with most of the staff is rude and inflates your bill, charges inflated fees.

The office manager hit my daughter into the wall and did not apologize.

The office is a nightmare, go anywhere else and you will be treated %100 better!

1. authorized use of credit without permission

2. botched a procedure where I experience permanent acute pain in my mouth when using any mouth rinse

3. takes 3 weeks to make an appointment, despite being in pain

4. attempts to fraud the insurance company by doing either unnecessary procedures or claiming they did work they didn't



I reported to BBB, but I doubt that accomplishes anything.

My wife had her wisdom teeth pulled here and it took them two an a half hours for them to see her. we thought maybe they were just busy but it happened with me too. We had the exact same thing done but i was charged more with the same insurance. Then they advised to only pull the top two but i was charged for all four of them. They also refused to change my appointment before the three day 100 dollar charge to do so. Horrible and we will be changing surgeon.

Waited for an EMERGENCY referal for my 4 year old daughter for 2 1/2 weeks for a pediodontist specialist and everytime I called I was told someone would call me back. i'm still waiting. They didin't even care if she was in pain. I would give the a ZERO STAR if there was one.

I can't say "bad" enough. This is the worst office I have ever been to. There charges are exuberant and not consistent with other dental offices.

Here are some highlights from my visit to hemet dental:

*They lied to my face

*They scammed my insurance company

*They opened up credit in my name, without my authorization, and billed their charges to it

*They botched the cosmetic procedure, broke my tooth, and slipped; drilling into other teeth and requiring those to be repaired.



If you want a doctor who went to dental school on a football scholarship, and is looking to make a quick buck; and if you love your dentist to have the mentality of a used car salesman, then by all means, Hemet Dental Group is for you!



If you want honesty, integrity, trustworthy professionals, solid dental work, and to be treated like a human being, then you're better of elsewhere.
