Be very careful when ordering items from their online store, if they don't give any information on the number of items and packaging, call. I assumed I was getting a certain number of traps from the picture shown and I assumed wrong. I paid about 300% more than other sites. Pretty much my fault, but the sale information of the particular item was deceiving. I will not purchase from them again. I had to give two stars because, while prices are not competitive, the information on the site is arguably invaluable. I guess I paid for the information I got from their site. Live and learn.

Very friendly and helpfull individuals, that have been in business here in Houston forever. If you need to get rid of pesticides they will direct you in the right avenue.
