As if the donation process isn't uncomfertable enough, the Alrington office has impliment a new proceedure in the donation process that makes it even more uncomfertable. What's the thinking process here?

Now instead of signing in and having a seat while the long process of waiting to donate begins. You are instructed to log in and fall in line like cattle. The new process is suppose to streamline the donation process & make ones waiting time shorter. However, what has obviously been over looked here is that not everyone wants, nor are they comfertable standing in line for an hour. Especially if the donor on ethier side of you has bad personal hygene. What's the thinking?

Most every donor I have met since this new proceedure has been implimented is very unhappy with the change. There are many of us that are not able to stand for long periods of time, without experiencing back pain.
