Provided by YP.comDr. Riddell is great! Knowledgeable and compassionate as well as the nurses that work with her. We have had great interactions with all of the staff and do not wait long. We get called back within 5 minutes of our scheduled appointment time and then wait about 5-10 minutes for the doc once the nurse completes intake. This is a completely reasonable time frame due to the nature of healthcare. I do not want the doctor to rush with my child so I don't expect them to with someone else's. Some people seem to forget that this is a human industry, not machines.
Overall, extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone with a kiddo!

Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service. They also do an awful job at patient privacy. They "mistakenly" told another mom with the same last name as mine information on a child they thought was hers. The child wasn't even her kid. I have nothing good to say about this office, whatsoever. Please don't take your child here. It's an awful place.

Provided by YP.comWe have been with practice for 2.5 years since my son was born. Almost all of the nurses are rude and they show no compassion. They treat you like you are wrong for bringing your child in for things that aren't serious. I can't speak much better of the doctors either. We see Dr Bays and she is always nice, but I wouldn't say very thorough. The other doctors we have seen when she is not available are horrible. They are rude, show no compassion and spend hardly any time with you. The general vibe here is that you and your child are a nuisance to them. My kiddo spilled his snack while nurse Susan was weighing him and she got mad! I mean, come on! There is another nurse here that is even worse, but I do not know her name. She got mad when he wouldn't stand on the scale by himself. They are just so rude!!!!!!!! Do not go here!!!!!

Provided by YP.comWe've seen almost every doctor in the practice, and the nurse practitioners too, and we've been really happy with the care we have received. From the front desk staff to the billing department, we've never had a problem with anyone. They've taken excellent care of my daughter, and I always suggest them first to any parent I speak with.

Provided by YP.comI took my son to this office for six months, before I finally realized they are not going to do anything for him. He got a cold at the beginning of August, which progressed into a cough, then he started pulling on one ear, then the other. Every time a new symptom arrived, I took him to Pediatric Care North, where I was told he was fine, perfectly healthy except for a cold, and to give him fluids. This ended up being 10 doctors visits, at $20 a piece. So yesterday, 2 months after the cold started, I took him to a different doctor, where I found out that he has a sinus infection, double ear infections, and bronchitis. I think that I am justified in saying that this is a horrible group of doctors (we saw them all) and I will never take my child back there.
