The food is good, the service is good, it is clean and comfortable. Rarely have we had wait times when getting there before 7 as there is plenty of space.. The salmon is some of the best in Killeen.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is a hard one to call. The 16 year old girls at the front need to be replaced as they have no idea how to welcome customers. We were disappointed from the get-go! However, the waitress was right on from 'Hello'. We asked a lot of questions, as always we want to know what we're eating and enjoy giving others feedback. She was very patient and even was so good to send the head chef and bartender over to answer our questions. Anthony, the head chef, is a perfect gentleman and was a pleasure to talk with. The appletini didn't even taste like an apple and was so light it could have been a shot. The Wild Fire Shrimp was yummy and full of flavor, however it was served barely warm. No bread/appetizer plate was ever brought and it was odd to use the main appetizer plate for our utensils. The smoked sirloin was full of flavor and was cooked to perfection, also the best main course item we had. As the garlic mashed potatoes were awful and tasted more like parsley (dried, not fresh) mashed potatoes. We wouldnt recommend spending the extra $ on their lobster tail. We had asked if it was fresh (never frozen) before ordering and it either is NOT fresh or the cook has no idea how to cook this item. Was VERY chewy. My hubby liked it, but hes used to military grub. Anthony did bring the most delicious after dinner drink over and I was surprised by the scrumptious taste. Not on the menu, but ask for Anthonys pomegranate martini. Its the BEST!!!! For desert we ordered two items to share, pecan pie and Jack Daniels Pie. They were out of the pecan pie was very disappointing. Most Texans want their pecan pie when out to eat. The Jack Daniel Pie was to die for and if nothing elseWe plan to go back for this dessert. So, as you can see, it was 50/50. Good luck and happy eating!
