Following his graduation from the University of Houston School of Law, Mr. Baker joined the U.S. Navy, and was with the Navy JAG Corps for more than 7 years. In 1991, Mr. Baker became a prosecutor for Bee County, Texas, where he gained vast courtroom and litigation experience.
