This place has a huge volume of used parts but be careful dealing with them, especially over the internet. I bought two seats from them off their website. When I arrived to pick them up (a week later) they only had pulled one (and that one was sitting outside in the weather - not good for a leather seat) but they had overlooked the processing of the second seat. I had to wait while they sent someone to pull it from the wreck ( I assume) and after waiting almost an hour for it to arrive, the person who pulled it had ripped out all the wiring from the underside (it was a power seat) rather than properly disconnecting the power connectors and now I have to have the whole power seat motor system rewired at not an insignificant expense before I can have it installed.

I was trying to find a decent rim for my car, and the dealership recommended that I contact these people. I drove an hour and a half for the rim, paid almost 100$ for it. The sales guy was rude and acted put out to be there, and before the other guy loaded the rim in my car, he made a crack about it being warped, yet I was sold a "brand New" item. Sure enough, it was warped. When I took it back, the same guy tried to give me a 5$ refund and was going to get me "another rim" because for "some reason it looks like its already been returned, but it was New". I finally got my a full refund and left. DON'T GO HERE if you value your vehicle.

The sales rep hung up on me. According to the sales rep, "I do this everyday" and he thinks that he is unable to ship airbags via ground.

My engine developed a serious problem and I was told I needed to have it rebuilt or replaced.

I heard about Knox Auto Parts and that they have good engines and will stand behind their parts. They had the engine I needed for much less than having mine rebuilt. They were very professional and even recommended a mechanic who was less expensive than the one I had originally talked to. Three days later I was back on the road and running better than ever!

bought ac compressor a week ago in the heat wave. shop put in perfect and the ac is working great. I bought a one year parts warranty on it and am very happy. I was offered two warranties and took the longer one. These guys are very nice and priced great...

TERRIBLY POOR. I requested a rebuilt transmission and was provided a transmission out of a used car. I'm absolutely positive it was not tested before sale. I took the day off work. Borrowed a truck to pick up the transmission and hired a mechanic to install. Well the transmission burns tired before it jerks into gear and small slips in between shifts. Yes they do give a 90 day warranty all I needed was to drive one block to know that the transmission was crappy for an "understatement". So now I'm going to be out 2 days of work. Will have to borrow or rent a truck and pay my mechanic again to to remove and reinstall a transmission in my car. I'm sure they did not know if the transmission was any good and thought well we will find out once it is sold. That is not a way to do business or put a citizen through. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
