I bought a pice of jewelry there from the year 1810 that was stamped 14 karat gold, at first they wanted to purchase it off me in pennyweight but after talking they knew I knew what I had and the value of it and then claimed it was fake gold. I took it to another jeweler they did a test proof and said that it was real and offered me $800.

I'm not sure how there could be so many negative reviews. I have bought several pieces of jewelry from them and have always had a great experience. Just recently I bought a beautiful diamond ring. After a few days with the ring I had a change of heart and decided to go with a different choice, and they quickly and happily switched my purchase. I will continue purchasing my jewelry with them!

The quality of the inventory is unmatched anywhere in the area. Nacol's Jewelery is NOT a chain store or department store. All the franchise stores sell the same old, middle of the road quality trinkets. Nacol's jewelry is CUSTOM MADE BY TRUE ARTISANS and truly are ONE OF A KIND. Over my 20+ years of shopping with the Nacol family I have ALWAYS felt like whatever I bought, and regardless of what I paid for it I got a great value for the money I spent. The quality of the merchandise there is truly stunning. I have purchased jewelry in the past from a couple of the "chain stores" in the malls and other places. Those pieces are always the ones that have stones that fall out, the clasps get broken, the prongs bent out of shape etc. The merchandise from Nacol's always have heavier, more secure clasps, they have more prongs holding the stones and they are much more rigid than the "Mall Jewelry". If you are able to recognize and appreciate QUALITY, then no other establishment can come close in comparison to Nacol's. The very few occasions that I did have a problem or issue with anuthing I purchased there, the Nacol family went ABOVE AND BEYOND what any other store would have gone to make it right. Its this kind of quality and service that makes Nacol's THE BEST at what they do. Its because of this attitude that I have become accustomed to when shopping there. When the "Chain Stores" in the malls try to sell me one of those "extended warranty" rip offs, that told me all I needed to know about the quality of their merchandise.
