Repairman was very nice. Replaced my ice maker quick and easy. I have a service agreement so didn't cost me anything. If Juan shows up I know the job is going to be done quickly and correct. Only problem is because we live in an outlying area they only come out once a week. Hard to get an appointment sometimes, but that is Sears doing.

The Sears technician was by far the most outstanding that has worked on our AC unit. No one has come close to doing such great service. I would recommend him without reservation.
