went to get my nails done for a wedding coming up like 1 week in advance and decided their to set a appointment for a hair cut. followed my appointment the next week they butchered my hair and after than that the third week after getting my nail done here i got a nail fungal infection and i am a stay at home mom so don't do much with my hands,please don't spend ur well earned money here. good friendly staff is the only good thing i have to say

Despite the lovely surroundings and the friendly courteous staff, I will not return to this salon. I have had my nails done there twice. I have had one massage and one hair cut.

The staff is so nice; it is hard to tell the quality of the work is poor until it is too late.

The prices here are on the high side. I am willing to pay the higher prices when the quality of the service is excellent.

The gal that did my nails was nice, but she did not talk, her station was not very clean and my nails were not shaped evenly. She did an OK job applying the gel product, but I would recommend the salon invest in one of the products available that doesn’t burn during the curing process. The last time I had my nails done I wanted the French manicure, it was done very sloppy. I had to start over when I got home.

I have some physical issues and have had some painful experience with massage. The therapist talked to me at length about my past problems and gave me a really good massage, but the room was ice cold. I had goose bumps. After my massage the therapist said he would call in a few days to see how I was doing. I never received a call. For good customer service you should always do what you say you are going to do.

The hair cut I had was worthless; I couldn’t tell she had cut anything off. I went to someone else a week later.

I recieved a gift certificate from my husband for a full day at the Chateau Salon. The moment I walked in the door I was amazed by the beauty of the salon and the staff's level of passion. I was greeted at once by the staff and offered a glass of wine. From there I began my day of relaxation. I first got a hot stone massage from Erica, who sent me into a state of bliss, than I moved on to recieve a customized facial from Mindy. She gave my skin back its healthy glow. After my relaxing treatments I then was taken to the stylists Sandra and Jessica. Sandra gave me breathtaking highlights and Jessica finished me off with designer haircut. The stylists then finished my day with a complimentary make-up application with a line of make up called Youngblood that I had seen in magazines but never knew where to find it in Las Cruces.
