      The folks that work in this store are fantastic! While the main customer dept at the toll free number and the ones that handle email questions LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED!!! If it wasn't for the very nice folks at this location, I'd never spend another dollar with AE! Stick to dealing with the local branch where you shop. They can handle everything for you, including ordering for you what they don't stock and it ships to your house at no charge. Take the advice of a man that ran customer service for over 20 years and AVOID the lack of customer serviced at their home office!!!
