They damaged the dash of my car during an inspection, then tried to pretend like they didn't do it. Very shady operation. The mechanic that inspected my car could not be found to be questioned about the damage for some reason. Yeah right.. The manager, Greg, hung up on me several times when I was asking about how/when they would fix it. They only agreed to pay after I called the sheriff's office.



I've never had a worse experience at a shop in my life. Bottomline, AVOID this place! There are much better shops in Lynchburg.
