I ordered a nearly $80 dish arrangement for my brother's funeral service that was completely wrong. The banner was cheesy and it came in the wrong type of container. When I called the next day the complain about it I was told the manager would call me back in 10 minutes. The day after that I called again and was bounced around to three different people and was eventually offered a $25 credit. After this I would never again use this company!!! Not only was the order wrong I ended up returning the plants and getting one from another shop that was correct!
Chalifours is an excellent store! Very convenient and the staff is just great!
A great choice! These creative people know what they're doing when it comes to creations of the arrangements they make and send. I've used this company for years and never had a bad taste left in my mouth. They treat you like you'd like to be treated and you get what you expect from the professionals
Don't hesitate to use this florist - they are very dependable, but can be somewhat more expensive than other places in the area
