I got there at 6pm, which is understandably late. When I approach Norma, the lady behind the register, she not even looking at me in the eyes says it's too late and to come back another day and that when I come back I have ONLY 1 HOUR of service for there's clients before and ahead of me. I told her that everything she had said was terrible customer service because I never even felt welcomed by her. She didn't give me a smile, not even eye contact. She never said welcome or introduced her products to me. It would have taken 5 minutes to tell me what she offered, but instead she took a minute to tell me what she didn't offer and that was good customer service and adequate time for brides to try on dresses. I called back to speak with manager and she said she was the manager. I don't believe that. But if true, it's not a good example for the employees or good for the business because I was ready to purchase the gown I saw on the entrance because it was gorgeous. Too bad a customer service!
